LYNN LEMAY has enjoyed a long career in homecare operations, assisting hundreds of families as a franchise general manager for ten years and a case manager for seven years before starting Not The Same. She's also worked closely with the owners of three startups, helping them to understand the complexities of non-medical senior care as they rolled out their businesses. Her advice has always been to work harder to hire exceptional staff, and to stay easily accessible to both clients and caregivers. When not working, Lynn enjoys writing song lyrics and collaborating with other song writers.

LISA CORVERA became a CNA in 2008, and since then has been assisting a long line of seniors who quickly became her friends. She has worked for multiple agencies and as a long-term caregiver for her own family member. As someone who always goes out of her way to ensure that i's are dotted and t's are crossed, and that clients are receiving superb care, working as Field Supervisor is a perfect fit for Lisa. She enjoys taking the time to really get to know every client. Personally, she loves being a band mom and traveling and fundraising with the students. She's also super crafty and a serious cook.

BARBARA GETZEWICH has had a 34-year career as a U.S. postal employee in various positions, including letter carrier, coordinator of bone marrow and blood drives, and Combined Federal Campaign organizer, helping to raise money for numerous non-profit organizations. Through her mother's experience with homecare, she witnessed the dedication of some extraordinary caregivers and made the decision to join NTS. She loves spending time with her grandsons Richie and William and joining extended family every year to make their prized ravioli. She's also a die-hard Red Sox Fan!
